Niklas Arvidsson is a Professor at the Department of Business Law within Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM). He holds dual affiliations as a Researcher at the Lund University Centre for Business Law (ACLU). His expertise spans company law, contract law, obligations law, and construction law, with a focus on shareholder agreements, corporate governance, and legal precedents. Arvidsson has supervised four doctoral students and contributed to over 50 publications since 2003, including books and peer-reviewed articles.
Education background includes a Licentiate Thesis (2003) and a Doctoral Dissertation (2010) on corporate law topics. His research emphasizes analytical commentary on legal frameworks, such as the Instruments of Debt Act, and collaborative projects on industrial construction contracts.
