Nikita

Nikita is a Research Officer in Behavioural Science at The Inclusion Initiative (TII) and a PhD student in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She serves as the Head Tutor for the Inclusive Leadership Through Behavioural Science LSE Online Certificate Course, which she co-developed for industry professionals. Her research focuses on bridging gaps in global Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) by examining non-Western contexts, particularly behavioral barriers and opportunities in multinational workforces.

Education:

• MSc in Behavioural Science, LSE (with research on caste and gender discrimination in the Indian labour market)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Liberal Studies (Young India Fellowship), Ashoka University
• Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honours), Lady Shri Ram College for Women

Research Focus: Global EDI frameworks, non-WEIRD (Western, Educated, Industrialized, Rich, Democratic) contexts, organizational culture change, and talent management strategies. Her work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, LSE Business Review, and South Asia @LSE.
