Nikita-Marie Bridgeman

Nikita-Marie Bridgeman is a Lecturer in Business Operations and Systems at Sheffield Hallam University, affiliated with the College of Business, Technology and Engineering and the Department of Finance, Accounting and Business Systems. She contributes to the Sustainable Futures and Supply Chain division, teaching modules across undergraduate, postgraduate, and Higher Degree Apprenticeship programs. Her research focuses on higher education pedagogy, inclusive practices, and mentorship.
