Professor Nigel Mottram is a Professor and Head of School in the School of Mathematics & Statistics at the University of Glasgow. His research focuses on liquid crystal dynamics, with a particular emphasis on free-surface flows and colloidal systems. He leads collaborative projects involving institutions like the University of Strathclyde and Nottingham Trent University, leveraging grants from the EPSRC.
