Nicole Kontak is Assistant Dean for Curricular and Academic Affairs and an Instructor at the University of Arizona, affiliated with the College of Information Science. She supports program development, curriculum design, academic assessment, and transfer pathways, while overseeing academic advising and student engagement services for several programs including Applied Computing, Cyber Operations, and Organizational Leadership.

Nicole Kontak has been recognized with several awards for her leadership in transfer student support, including:
- 40 Under 40 Honoree, Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (2022)
- AZ Transfer Leader Award, AZTransfer (2019)
- Campus-wide Impact Award for Outstanding Department (2016)
- Campus-wide Impact Award for Seasoned Professional (2015)
She has played key administrative roles, including founding the Office of Transfer Credit and Articulation and leading the Transfer Student Center. She provides instruction in CYBV 696 and is deeply involved in faculty development and curricular alignment across dual-degree programs.
