Nicole Harth

Nicole Harth is a Professor of Psychology (Social Psychology) at the Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena (EAH Jena), serving as a Senator of the university and former Dean of Studies (2016-2022) for the Department of Social Work. She holds a PhD (summa cum laude, 2007) from the University of Mannheim and has conducted research at institutions like Friedrich Schiller University Jena and the University of Sussex. Her expertise includes intergroup conflict resolution, prejudice reduction, emotional competencies in children, and climate change psychology.

Education: Studied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Mannheim (1997-2003), followed by postgraduate research at the DFG-funded International Graduate Program 'Conflict and Cooperation between Social Groups.' Completed a research stay at the University of Sussex (2006).
