Nicole G. Tortoriello serves as a Lecturer in Law at Columbia University School of Law while concurrently holding a position as Assistant Attorney General in the Workers' Rights and Antifraud Section of the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General since February 2021.
Her professional expertise centers on labor and employment law enforcement, with specific focus areas including:
