Dr. Nicole Farris serves as Professor of Sociology at East Texas A&M University within the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice under the College of Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts. A Texas native, she joined the institution in 2016 (previously as Associate and Assistant Professor) after teaching at the University of West Alabama and Austin Community College. Her work integrates sociological theory with real-world applications across diverse social contexts.
