Nicolas Kutschera is a Researcher affiliated with the Faculty of Law and the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law, Information Law and Legal Informatics at the University of Würzburg. His research focuses on Data Protection Law, EU Digital Policy, and the EU Regulation of Artificial Intelligence, with a particular emphasis on the legal and ethical implications of AI and robotics. He contributes to the Research Center for AI and Robot Law, participating in projects and publications related to digitization and law.
