Nicolas Deuschel

Nicolas Deuschel is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Department of Business Administration at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. His research focuses on employee effectiveness in organizations, particularly examining individual creativity, diversity, motivation, and performance in multinational and entrepreneurial contexts.

Deuschel’s work explores how workplace diversity and motivation influence team dynamics and organizational outcomes. His 2017 publication in Human Relations provides a metatheoretical framework for understanding diversity in teams.
