Nicolai Topstad Borgen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Special Needs Education, University of Oslo, and a member of the Center for Research on Equality in Education (CREATE). His research focuses on social inequality, causal inference, and educational outcomes, emphasizing neighborhood, school, and peer effects.
