Nicola Wolfe

Nicola Wolfe is a neuropsychologist and Professorial Lecturer affiliated with George Washington University, University of California-Berkeley Extension, and several other institutions. Her primary research focuses on aging, Alzheimer's disease, and cross-cultural neuropsychology. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Harvard University (1986) and an MA from Harvard (1984).

Her work includes developing the Cross-Cultural Cognitive Exam (CCCE), validated during a Fulbright Scholarship in Japan, now translated into six languages. Key research areas span neuroimaging in Alzheimer’s, cognitive aging, and culturally sensitive dementia screening tools. She has taught at Harvard, UC Berkeley, and multiple other universities, emphasizing dynamic, visually rich pedagogy.
