Nicola Walker is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Social, Therapeutic and Community Studies (STaCS) at Goldsmiths, University of London. She is a BABCP-accredited practitioner, trainer, and supervisor in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a Senior Fellow of Advance HE. Her research focuses on work-focused psychotherapeutic interventions, group CBT, and job retention strategies for individuals with depression.

Research Highlights: Nicola pioneered a feasibility study on integrating group analysts into CBT training and developed a novel work-focused relational group CBT program for depression.
