Nicola Parr is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of East Anglia (UEA), affiliated with the School of Chemistry, Pharmacy and Pharmacology. She concurrently serves as Clinical Pharmacy Lead for Content Creation and Online Engagement in the Newly Qualified Pharmacist (NQP) Training Programme with PGDip at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Her career spans over two decades in clinical pharmacy education, training, and practice.

Nicola has held senior roles in NHS Trusts since 2001, including Lead Pharmacist in Cardiothoracic Surgery and Director-level positions. She actively participates in national pharmacy education conferences, presenting at the 2023 and 2024 Clinical Pharmacy Congress.
Her professional activities emphasize bridging clinical practice and academic training through evidence-based methodologies.
