Nicola Lacey is a Professor of Criminal Law and Legal Theory at All Souls College, University of Oxford. She is also affiliated with the Centre for Criminology and holds an Honorary Fellowship at New College and University College, Oxford. Her academic career spans prestigious institutions including the London School of Economics, Birkbeck College, and visiting roles at Humboldt University, Australian National University, NYU, Yale, and Harvard.
