Nickelsen Kärin

Kärin Nickelsen is a Full Professor (W3 Chair) in the History of Science at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU Munich) since October 2011. Previously, she held academic positions at the University of Bern, Switzerland, including Associate Professor (2006-2011) and Assistant Professor (2002-2006) in History & Philosophy of Science. She completed her habilitation at the University of Bern in 2010 and earned her Ph.D. (summa cum laude) and Diploma in Biology from the same institution.
