Professor Nick Bailey is a faculty member in the Department of Urban Studies & Social Policy at the University of Glasgow, serving as Director of the ESRC-funded Urban Big Data Centre (UBDC) and Associate Director of the Scottish Centre for Administrative Data Research (SCADR). His roles include Professor (Urban Studies & Social Policy) and Associate in the School of Health & Wellbeing. His research focuses on urban policy, poverty dynamics, spatial segregation, and the application of big data to social science.
