Dr. Nicholas TSE is a Senior Lecturer in Short Courses/Micro-Credentials (Education Focused) at the University of Sydney's Faculty of Engineering. His expertise includes project-based curriculum design, employability skills development, and engineering entrepreneurship. Previously at Macquarie University, he led the SPINE curriculum initiative. He holds a PhD and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Research focuses on micro-credentialing, AI-driven personalized learning, and bridging academic and real-world applications.
