Nicholas Mauriello is a Professor of English and Coordinator of the MA in Writing Program at the University of North Alabama. He is affiliated with the Department of English within the College of Arts, Sciences, and Engineering. His academic career includes roles at Fairleigh Dickinson University and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Ph.D. in 2000.
