Nicholas Lam

Nicholas Lam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Health at California State University, East Bay. He holds an affiliate Research Scientist position at the Schatz Energy Research Center at California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt. His research focuses on the intersections of health, climate, and energy systems in resource-limited settings, particularly examining energy practices' impacts on health equity and climate policy. Dr. Lam employs mixed-methods approaches, including field studies in over a dozen countries, to develop analytical tools for cross-sectoral collaboration in energy and health sectors.
