Christopher R. Knittel is the George P. Shultz Professor of Energy Economics and Professor of Applied Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management. He serves as Director of MIT’s Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research (CEEPR), Director of the MIT Climate Policy Center, and Deputy Director for Policy at the MIT Energy Initiative (MITEI).
