Niccole Pamphilis is a Senior Lecturer in Quantitative Social Sciences at the University of Glasgow, serving as Director of the Glasgow Q-Step Centre since 2020. She holds a PhD in Political Science from Michigan State University (2012). Her roles include advising students in the School of Social and Political Sciences and coordinating the Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) Summer School. She has pioneered six quantitative methods degree programs and promotes statistical literacy in social sciences at both university and school levels across Scotland and the UK.
