Nic Brink is a Senior Lecturer in Sports Rehabilitation/Sports Physiotherapy at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), affiliated with the Department of Health and Social Sciences.
- Education: BSc in Physiotherapy, MSc in Sports Physiotherapy (University of Bath), PhD in Sports Physiotherapy (University of the Witwatersrand).
Research interests include:
- Sports injuries and injury prevention
- Athlete loading analysis and performance enhancement
- Quantitative research methodologies (RCTs, systematic reviews, meta-analysis)
- Football medicine and coaching concepts in athletics
