Nia A. White

Nia A. White is a Professor and currently serves as Dean of Research and the Graduate School at Abertay University. Previously, she was Head of the School of Science, Engineering & Technology. Her academic career spans over 25 years in Microbiology and Mycology, with a focus on the dry rot fungus Serpula lacrymans, environmental microbiology, and interdisciplinary systems modeling. She holds a BSc (1987) and PhD (1992) from Cardiff University (formerly University College Cardiff).
