Nhung Vu is a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance since July 2020. She holds a PhD (University of Glasgow), MSc (Bangor University with Distinction), and BEc (Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City). Her work spans academia and industry, including roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Glasgow, Lecturer at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, and Senior Consultant at KPMG Vietnam.
Research focuses on corporate governance, bank risk-taking, CEO compensation, and credit rating dynamics. She has published in the Journal of International Money and Finance, analyzing sovereign-bank linkages during crises and supply chain finance mechanisms.
Recognized through prestigious scholarships including Vietnamese Government Scholarship (Project 322) and Glasgow's College of Social Sciences Scholarship.
