Dr Nhu Quynh Do is an Assistant Professor in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Management School, Lancaster University. She holds a PhD in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Hull (2021), focusing on sustainable circular supply chains. Her research addresses ethical and inclusive global supply chains, emphasizing waste reduction, decarbonisation, worker rights, and empowerment of marginalized actors. She collaborates with firms like Reverse Resources, Renewcell, and NGOs such as the Responsible Sourcing Network, alongside platforms like the Global Fashion Agenda.
Her work spans sectors including textile, food, and manufacturing, exploring digital platforms, social innovations, and multi-stakeholder collaborations. She actively seeks PhD students interested in social inclusion, supply chain transparency, and just supply chain systems. Current research projects include the 'IAA: Innovating Service Business Models for SMEs' (2025).
Dr Do is affiliated with the Centre for Productivity and Innovation and the Pentland Centre for Sustainability. Her publications (2024) highlight circular food waste management, boundary objects in supply chains, and power dynamics in fast-fashion ecosystems. She is committed to bridging academia and industry to drive systemic sustainability changes.
