Ng Yeuk Fan

Ng Yeuk Fan is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore, and the Health Systems & Services Research Program at Duke-NUS Medical School. He also serves as physician faculty in the National Preventive Medicine Residency Programme at National University Health System and a clinical teacher at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. As Director & Head of Corporate Development at Yishun Health (National Healthcare Group), he leads value based care planning, health system evaluation, insights & analytics, corporate planning, and organization development for Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

His academic interests focus on applying systems thinking, design thinking, and complexity thinking to health systems, value based care, integrated care, population health systems, and health system transformation. Key initiatives include developing the Unified Care Model for Yishun Zone Regional Health System, population health surveys for Northern Singapore, person-centered needs assessment tools, and organization development methods to accelerate healthcare transformation.

Professional qualifications include MBBS from National University of Singapore, Master in Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health, and certification as a Public Health Medicine Specialist by Singapore's Specialist Accreditation Board. His teaching areas cover Integrated Care & Value Based Care, Systems Thinking & Organization Development, Healthcare Quality Improvement, and Population Health Systems Transformation.

Dr Ng previously worked at Singapore's Ministry of Health in Standards & Quality Improvement Division under the Office of Director of Medical Services. His current consulting activities involve deploying integrated care systems, value based healthcare services, and transformation frameworks across health systems.
