Dr. Nevena Zogović is a Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Biological Research "Siniša Stanković" (University of Belgrade), specializing in molecular and cellular mechanisms of cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Her work focuses on autophagy, oxidative stress, mitochondrial regulation, and cell death pathways as therapeutic targets.

- BSc in Molecular Biology and Physiology, University of Belgrade
- MSc in Immunobiology, University of Belgrade (2002)
- PhD in Immunobiology, University of Belgrade (2006)
Dr. Zogović's research combines biochemical and molecular methods to investigate disease mechanisms. She has participated in international collaborations, including the FP6 NEUROIMAGE project in Pisa, Italy. Her publication record spans topics from fruit biochemistry to cancer drug resistance.
Scientific recognition includes:
