Dr. Neven Andjelic is a Course Leader for BA (Hons) International Relations at Regent's University London, where he has held roles including Senior Lecturer and Reader since 2011. His academic career includes visiting professorships at institutions like the University of Bologna and London School of Economics. He specializes in International Relations, Human Rights, and South East European geopolitics, with a focus on post-Yugoslav states.
He holds a DPhil in Contemporary European Studies from the University of Sussex and has taught at numerous universities globally. His research explores nationalism, minority rights, and EU integration, informed by his activism in Bosnia-Herzegovina and journalism experience at CNN/BBC.
Key publications include Bosnia-Herzegovina: The End of a Legacy (2003) and Covid-19, State-Power and Society in Europe (2022). He has received grants from the Fulbright Program and European Union, and fellowships from the Higher Education Academy. His advisory work includes roles with the Council of Europe and British Foreign Office.
