Nessrine OMRANI is a Full Professor and Director of the Management Department at Paris School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from University Paris Saclay (2012) and an HDR (habilitation) in Management from University Paris Est (2020). Her research focuses on Digital Transformation, Privacy, Industrial Organization, and related fields like Crowdfunding, Digital Management, and Big Data. She teaches Digital Transformation and Business Model strategies in Master's programs. Her work has been published in top journals such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and the Journal of Economic Literature. She actively contributes to conferences and explores themes like privacy regulation (GDPR), SME digitalization, and innovation ecosystems.
