Dr. Nesrin Dogan is a Professor, Vice Chair, and Chief of the Medical Physics Division at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine's Department of Radiation Oncology. She is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiologic Physics and has led pioneering work in MR-guided radiotherapy (MRgRT), intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), and radiomics.

Her research focuses on image-guided adaptive radiation therapy (IGART), deformable image registration, and radiomics for predicting treatment response in pancreas and liver cancers. She has established CAMPEP accreditation for the University of Miami's Medical Physics Residency Program and directed clinical implementations of HyperArc, proton therapy, and MRgRT systems.
