Nesibe Necla Uluğtekin

Nesibe Necla Uluğtekin is a Professor at the Department of Geomatics Engineering, Istanbul Technical University, with a career spanning over 35 years. Her work focuses on Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Cartography, and Remote Sensing applications in urban and environmental contexts.
