Mustafa Yanalak

Prof. Mustafa Yanalak is a Professor of Geomatics Engineering at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), affiliated with the Department of Geomatics Engineering under the Faculty of Civil Engineering. He holds a PhD in Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering from ITU. His academic career includes roles as Rector (2010-2012), Department Head (2016-present), and Director of Research and Application Center (2021-present).

Education: BSc and MSc in Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering from ITU (1983-1991), followed by a PhD in the same field (1992-1997). His research focuses on cadastre systems, remote sensing, land management, and geospatial technologies.
