Nergis Enmutlu Elpe is a Lecturer and Modern Languages Program Coordinator at the School of Foreign Languages (ScOLa) at Özyeğin University. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature and an MA in Applied Linguistics from Boğaziçi University, and has been actively involved in English language education since 1982.
