Dr. Neil L. Horsley serves as Assistant Professor and Chair of the Department of Podiatric Surgery and Applied Biomechanics at Rosalind Franklin University's Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, where he coordinates the Sports Medicine course.
His educational background includes:
- BS in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Delaware State University
- MS in Education from State University of New York College at Brockport
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (1984)
Dr. Horsley's clinical expertise centers on surgical interventions and biomechanical analysis of foot/ankle conditions, with specialized focus on sports injuries and diabetic complications.
