Neffisatu Dambo is an Instructor at Oregon State University's College of Education, specializing in counselor education. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Central Florida, with prior roles as a high school counselor and advocate for underrepresented youth. Dr. Dambo is a licensed school counselor, principal, and entrepreneur, founding the 501(c)(3) organization 'Genuine Intelligent Respectful Ladies Soaring' and serving as CEO of multiple LLCs.
