Nefeli Misuraca is a Professor in the Department of Art History at Temple University Rome, where she teaches courses such as ARTH 3302 - Women and Art and GSWS 3000 - Topics in Women’s Studies. With a Ph.D. in Literature from Yale University, her research spans Baroque art, gender studies, Italian literature, and cinema, reflecting her interdisciplinary expertise as a cultural critic and filmmaker. She has taught at institutions including Yale, La Sapienza, and John Cabot University, and her recent work explores the concept of beauty and its intersections with art and literature.
