Ned Rava is an academic and practitioner with 20 years of experience in organizational change, strategy, and innovation. He holds a Lecturer position in Strategy and Social Complexity at the MBA program of the American University of BiH. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor for Strategic Management at the University of BK. His expertise spans policy design, strategic foresight, systemic change, and democratic governance. Rava advises major international bodies including the United Nations Development Group on Integrated Policy for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the UN Capital Development Fund on financial inclusion strategies, and the Global Centre for Public Service Excellence on strategic foresight approaches.
