Necati AĞIRALİOĞLU

Prof. Dr. Necati AĞIRALİOĞLU is a distinguished academic in civil engineering, currently serving as the Head of the Civil Engineering Department at Antalya Bilim University since 2020. He previously held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the same institution from 2017 to 2024. His academic journey began at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), where he graduated in 1968, earned his doctorate in 1977, and later became a full professor in 1988.

His research focuses on applied hydraulic systems, water resources management, and flood control, with over 120 publications including books, international conference papers, and technical reports.
