Nebojša Fotirić is a Full Professor at the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture. He specializes in architectural and urban design, interior design, and contemporary architecture. Since 1998, he has been employed at the Faculty, advancing to his current rank in 2008. His work bridges academic research with professional practice, including award-winning urban projects and architectural designs.
Education: Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade (1995). Engaged in research and teaching since 1996.
Research Interests: Focus on urban and architectural design, sustainable architecture, and leisure-oriented spaces. Notable projects include the Urban Project of the City of the Future (Beijing, 2013) and contributions to the Architecture of Leisure Time publication, recognized with the Wellness Award 2012.
Achievements: Winner of international competitions, including first prize at the 22nd International Urbanism Salon (2013). Author/co-author of monographs like '10' (2009) and 'Notes on Leisure Time' (in progress). Active in conferences on health and wellness tourism.
Professional Work: Designs buildings and interiors nationally and internationally. Exhibits work in architecture and urbanism exhibitions, with media coverage of his projects.
