Nazanin Farjam

Nazanin Farjam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Science & Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), serving since August 2024. Previously, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher in Robotics at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor (2023–2024). She earned her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor in 2023. Her research focuses on advanced manufacturing processes, additive manufacturing, printed electronics, and robotics, with an emphasis on modeling and control of complex fabrication systems.
