Dr. Navneet Agnihotri is a Lecturer in Management Consulting and Director of the MSc in Management Consulting programme at the Leeds University Business School. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Leeds and has extensive professional experience in corporate roles, including senior managerial and consulting positions at EY (People and Organisation practice, EMEIA region). His work bridges academic research with practical expertise in talent management, organizational development, and human capital consulting.
