Navin Rajagopalan

Navin Rajagopalan is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Kentucky, affiliated with the Gill Heart & Vascular Institute. He directs the Gill Heart and Vascular Institute Affiliate Network and serves as Associate Director of the Organ Failure and Transplant Network.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Medical Degree from The Ohio State University; Internal Medicine Residency at Mayo Clinic; Cardiovascular Fellowship at University of Pittsburgh.

Clinical & Research Interests: Focus on systolic heart failure, peripartum cardiomyopathy, and donor selection for heart transplantation. His expertise includes advanced heart failure management, mechanical circulatory support (MCS), and transplant cardiology.
