Nathan Marshall is a Lecturer in Contract Law at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London, having joined in 2021. He serves as Programme Leader for the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice and Module Leader for Contract and Tort Law on that programme. He lectures contract law on the LLB and has taught Commercial Law, Business Law, International Trade, Trusts, and related subjects at Newcastle University and BPP University.

Research interests focus on Commercial Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, and Jurisprudence, drawing from his background in legal practice. Prior to academia, he was a Barrister specializing in commercial, regulatory, and charity law, and previously served as Operations Director for a global consumer products firm.
No scientific awards are listed. Teaching responsibilities include LLB and postgraduate legal practice programs. He holds HEA Fellowship and a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching.
