Nathan Foster

Nathan Foster is Associate Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at The College of Wooster, holding a Ph.D. from UNC Greensboro (2012). His research examines human memory systems, metacognitive judgments, concept acquisition, and intentional forgetting mechanisms.

Publications investigate cognitive phenomena like interleaved learning efficacy, attention-memory interactions, and metacognitive calibration in educational contexts. Recent work explores applied topics such as road sign memory during divided attention.
