Nate Brady

Nate Brady is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) Biosciences Center, focusing on integrating biology with emerging technologies to address energy challenges. He previously held a postdoctoral appointee position at the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies (CINT) under Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories (2021–2024) and served as Chief Analyst/Research Scientist at Quicksilver Scientific, LLC (2010–2015). His work centers on scalable biohybrid solar devices utilizing cyanobacterial photosynthetic proteins.

• Education: PhD in Biochemistry & Cellular and Molecular Biology (University of Tennessee, Knoxville); Bachelor's in Environmental and Analytical Chemistry (SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry).
