Dr. Natasha Senior is a Research Fellow at the University of East Anglia's School of Environmental Sciences, affiliated with the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research and Climatic Research Unit. She holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics (2019) focused on geophysical fluid dynamics.
Research examines tropical-extratropical climate interactions, particularly how equatorial waves trigger extreme rainfall in Southeast Asia (FORSEA project). Additional expertise includes turbulence in atmospheric systems and linear response theory applications for climate projection refinement.
