Dr. Natarajan Gautam is a Professor at Syracuse University's College of Engineering and Computer Science, leading the Operations Research and Systems Analytics Master's Program. As Dean’s Faculty Fellow for Graduate Student Engagement, he focuses on enhancing academic experiences. His research integrates stochastic modeling, data science, and optimization to improve dynamic systems across domains like data centers, energy grids, and smart manufacturing. He holds a US Patent (2023) for delivery algorithms and is an Amazon Scholar since 2019. Notable recognitions include IISE Fellowship (2017) and the IIE's Outstanding Young Engineer Award (2006).
