Dr. Natalie Smith is a Research Fellow at the School of Business, The University of Queensland. Her work focuses on Digital Health transformations, project governance, and leadership in technology-driven projects. She holds a PhD from UQ Business School (2021) exploring organizational leadership's role in transformation outcomes. Previously, she held senior roles in IBM, PwC, Deloitte, and Queensland Health, spanning systems engineering, program management, and risk advisory.
Her research interests include project management methodologies, corporate governance in tech projects, and sustainable professional practices.
