Natalie Richardson is a Lecturer at the Department of Dental Hygiene within the College of Health and Human Services at Southern Illinois University. She has been at SIU since 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Southern Illinois University (2007) and an Associate of Science from Shawnee Community College (2003).
- Courses Taught: DH 207C (Pre-Clinic Instrumentation), DH 219L (Dental Hygiene Radiology II Practicum), DH 220C (Dental Hygiene Clinic I), DH 320C (Dental Hygiene Clinic II), DH 355C (Dental Hygiene Clinic III), DH 401L (Dental Hygiene Practicum Lab), DH 441C (Dental Hygiene Clinic IV), DH 450C (Advanced Periodontics Clinic V).
- Certifications: Illinois Dental Hygiene Licensure, Local Anesthesia Certification, Nitrous Oxide Sedation Monitoring, CPR/AED Certification (Adult and Child).
Her research and professional interests span clinical dental hygiene, periodontics, radiology, and sedation techniques. She works in CHHS Room 126B and can be reached at nrichardson@siu.edu.
